QCM 2021 will include a Live, In-Person Option!
We are excited to announce that this year's GMS Queen City Marathon will include both a virtual and an in-person option.
Registration for the in-person options will begin on July 1st. Please watch your emails and our social media for ongoing updates. We cannot wait to see all your smiling and sweaty faces at the finish line this fall!
Runners registered for the virtual GMS Queen City Marathon will be given the first opportunity to transfer to any live, in-person event prior to that registration opening to the general public.
Anyone registered for a virtual event is welcome to stay in the virtual event when live, in-person races return.
Any live, in-person event will meet or exceed all requirements mandated under public health orders from the Government of Saskatchewan.
Participant numbers and race distances for live, in-person events may be limited to ensure safe operations.
Our volunteer team is working tirelessly on our safe return-to-racing plan and is optimistic that we will be approved to produce a live, in-person event this year.
